Halifax FAN:gineer Mick is retiring

Halifax FAN:gineer Mick is retiring.

Today Halifax Fan celebrated the retirement of Michael Rothwell. Skilled sheet-metal worker Mick, affectionately known as ‘Rozzer’, has been a key part of our fabrication team for 28 years.

During that time he has worked in the fan casing department, pressure testing, CNC Laser operation, and quality control inspection.

Mick’s enthusiasm and experience has seen him work on countless large and small projects over the years and has inspired several generations of sheet metal apprentices to become fully fledged ‘FAN:gineers. It’s the retention of those invaluable skills over the years that ensure the quality of every Halifax fan.
